John W Sickles, President
John has worked 32 years in the Beauty Industry as both a stylist and salon owner. John was nominated for the prestige’s 2008 Global Entrepreneur and Salon of the year award which recognizes and honors leading salon owners who have consistently demonstrated extraordinary business and entrepreneurial success in the areas of salon leadership, general management, financial prosperity, marketing & promotion and who contribute to the salon industry and their community. The Jon Lori Salon has been in business for 25yrs with 32 plus employees.

Donna Hernadez, Vice President
Donna started in the beauty industry at 25 years old as a stylist and at age 32 opened her own salon Planet Hair. Planet Hair has had tremendous growth for over 10 years due to Donna’s dedication to education and hard work.

Lori A Sickles
Lori has worked in the beauty industry for 32 yrs. Co-owner of The Jon Lori Salon for 25 years. Lori grew up in the salon industry with her grand parents owning 7 highly successful salons thru out NJ. Training and mentoring many individuals over the years who have become successful leaders is one of many things that fuels Lori’s passion for this industry. John & Lori Sickles have created many successful hairdressers thru there first-rate teaching salon who have gone to open six of the states most successful salon Lori’s had extensive training nation wide with Redken and Bumble & Bumble University NY. Lori’s a Redken 5th Ave Board Certified Colorist.

Sean J Sickles
Sean was literally born in the Beauty Industry, his mother & father own and operate the Jon Lori Salon; a highly successful salon in Monmouth County NJ. Sean started in the beauty industry at the age of 17. Rapidly growing his business, he is now one of the top level stylists at the Jon Lori Salon in just 7 years. He has trained at the famous Redken Exchange & Bumble & Bumble University in NYC. Sean is a Redken Board Certified Hair Colorist for Redken 5th Ave, and holds over fifteen Certificate of Achievments from both Redken 5th Ave. and Bumble and Bumble University. Sean Currently works both as a stylist and also runs daily operations and management for the Jon Lori Salon.
